Meet Corey Alexander

Founder/Lead Coach

  • Corey Alexander is a former Navy FMF Corpsman specializing in Emergency and Combat Trauma medicine in San Diego, CA, with experience in the Marine Recon training program. As well as a renowned motivational speaker and Life Coach.

  • After eight years of service and working in the emergency department of Trauma centers in Los Angeles, he returned from a Kuwait/Iraq deployment to later suffer a severe Traumatic Brain Injury.

  • The TBI led to multiple years of therapy and recovery. Corey discovered the power of breathwork, therapy, mindfulness, and overall mind, body, and spiritual health in his own experience.

  • His practice continued to support him through more of life’s tragedies, including a surprise cancer diagnosis and the passing of his father in 2020.

  • Corey’s breathwork method and coaching are rooted in his learned and developed practice. He has spent his life serving others and continues this mission by guiding others to access the root of their mental health challenges, develop inner strength in a chaotic world, move through trauma, and find their purpose.
