Hyperventilation: Improper breathing resulting from prior conditions or not following instructions correctly.
Dizziness: Lightheadedness or woozy feelings resulting from changes in oxygen levels.
Temporary loss of consciousness due to changes in oxygen levels.
Weakness: Temporary loss of strength resulting from the change in oxygen levels.
Tingling or muscle spasms: Numbness or cramping felt in the hands, feet, arms, and legs due to potential changes to circulation.
Seizures: Can be potentially triggered in those who are prone due to the change in breathing patterns.
Psychosis: Potential for hallucinations in those struggling with mental disorders.
